My take on a Chocolate Peanut Butter “Impossible” Pie

I’m a big fan of using baking mixes as a quick hack when making Bisquick brand is one I have grown up with and use most, with Jiffy brand being a second. I came across this recipe while trying to figure out a way to use up some Bisquick and figured I would give it a try and fell in love. I guess the idea of it being impossible is how the magic happens with so little baking mix being used and it sets up its own crust while also being creamy, rich, and gooey.
