FoodTok Frenzy — Privacy Policy

Overview

This policy describes what information FoodTok Frenzy ("the App," "we," "us") collects, how it's used, and your choices about it. It applies to the Android version of FoodTok Frenzy distributed on Google Play. By installing or playing the App, you agree to this policy.

Information We Collect

• Gameplay progress (diamonds, likes, current level) — saved locally on your device; not sent to us.
• Advertising and device identifiers — if the App shows ads, our ad network(s) may collect your advertising ID, device information, IP address, and approximate location for ad delivery and measurement.
• Usage and diagnostic data — if analytics or crash reporting is enabled, we (or our service provider) may collect app usage events, crash logs, and device/app version information to fix bugs and understand how the App is used.
• Purchase data — if you make an in-app purchase, Google Play Billing processes your payment details directly; we receive only the purchase record (item, date, amount) needed to grant your purchase, never your payment card information.

We do not require an account, and we do not knowingly collect your name, email address, or precise location.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to save and restore your game progress on your device, deliver and measure ads (if shown), diagnose crashes and improve app stability, and deliver items you've purchased. We do not sell your personal information.

Children's Privacy

FoodTok Frenzy is a general-audience game and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If the App participates in Google Play's Families program, ads and data collection are limited to what that program permits for the selected age groups. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us using the details below and we will delete it.

Data Retention & Security

Gameplay progress is stored locally on your device and is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its storage. Any diagnostic or advertising data collected by third-party SDKs is retained according to that provider's own policy. We take reasonable measures, consistent with industry standards, to protect information handled by the App, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your Choices & Rights

• Ad personalization: opt out in your device's Settings (Google Settings → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization) or by resetting your advertising ID.
• Local data: uninstalling the App, or clearing its storage in Android Settings, deletes your locally saved progress.
• Data requests: to ask what data is associated with you, or to request deletion of data we hold, contact us at the email below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the App changes — for example, if we add new features, ads, or analytics. We'll update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated policy.
