FoodTok Frenzy Privacy Policy

This privacy policy explains what information the mobile game FoodTok Frenzy (the "Game") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. The Game is published by FTTV LLC, doing business as FoodTok TV ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Information we do not collect

We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts, or precise location. We do not run our own servers for the Game, so we do not receive or store your gameplay data.

2. Information stored on your device

The Game saves your progress on your own device, including your level and shift, diamonds, upgrades, best scores, daily streak, and sound settings. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. Uninstalling the Game deletes it.

3. Google Play Games Services

The Game uses Google Play Games Services for automatic sign-in and leaderboards. When you play, Google may process:

  • Your Play Games gamer name, avatar, and player ID
  • The scores you submit to leaderboards (Speed Round, Total Diamonds, Break Room)

Your scores and gamer name may be visible to other players on public leaderboards, depending on your Play Games profile privacy settings. You can make your profile private or delete your Play Games profile and game data at any time in the Google Play Games settings.

This data is handled by Google under the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Game is free and supported by optional rewarded ads. Ads only play when you choose to watch one (for example, to double your diamonds or get extra time). We do not show forced ads.

Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, and to prevent fraud, the AdMob software in the Game may collect and share with Google:

  • Device identifiers, such as your device's advertising ID and app set ID
  • Approximate location, based on your IP address
  • App interactions, such as which ads were shown and whether you watched them
  • Diagnostics and crash information related to ad performance

Google may use this information to show personalized or non-personalized ads, depending on your choices and the laws where you live. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

5. Your privacy choices and consent

  • Players in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland: The first time you open the Game, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, using Google's consent tool.
  • Players in US states with privacy laws: You can opt out of the use of your information for targeted advertising.
  • Change your choice at any time: If your region requires it, a Privacy Options button appears in the Game under Pause → Settings (gear icon). Tap it to review or change your choice.
  • Advertising ID: You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads, depending on your device).

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some US state laws treat sharing information with ad partners for targeted advertising as a "sale" or "sharing"; you can opt out as described above.

6. Children

The Game is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through the Game, contact us and we will help address it.

7. Data retention and deletion

  • Game progress is stored only on your device and is deleted when you uninstall the Game. You can also reset progress in Pause → Settings → Reset Progress.
  • Leaderboard data is held by Google Play Games. You can delete it from your Google Play Games profile settings.
  • Advertising data is held by Google under its own retention policies. You can control it through your consent choice and your device's ad settings.

Because we do not store your data on our own servers, we do not have data to delete on your behalf. We are happy to help you with the steps above.

8. Security

Data sent by the Google services the Game uses is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we rely on Google's industry-standard protections for the services described above.

We may update this policy as the Game changes. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be noted in the Game's store listing or update notes.
