Born and raised in Eastern Tennessee, Tim began his craft as a line cook at the Steak and Ale restaurant chain. His love for food continued to grow over the years, eventually manifesting into his own catering company, Family Table Catering, which he has run for the past eight years.
As a missionary living abroad in Southeast Asia, he found his inspiration of food through different cultures. Having traveled to over 60 countries around the world, Chef Tim has the ability to capture flavor in new ways but with his own down to earth, approachable style. He is devoted to gathering around the table as much as possible with his family, friends, and even strangers.
His mom's homemade Italian cooking set the standard that he still looks to today and this is now one of his go-to cuisines. His second passion is smoking meats!
