Welcome to the ultimate cooking showdown! Tricia a.k.a. SketchyChef and a different talented chef each week will battle it out in a culinary competition like no other. In this hour-long show, they will have to use a secret dish or ingredient that will be revealed 1 week before they start cooking. Who can create the most delicious meal with the secret ingredient? Hi, I’m Moises Figueroa I am 46 years young with 2 amazing children, ages 26 & 21, and a wonderful wife, who I’ve been with for Literally half my life 23yrs.
My parents were born and raised on the island of Puerto Rico, where they make some of the best Spanish dishes you can imagine….I remember as a child, after coming home from school smelling all that deliciousness my mom was cooking….
I remember my moms telling me,” I won’t be around forever, so you better learn how to cook…” and that’s what I exactly did…
I became a father at the early age of 19, so once I got my own place, I just started calling my mother for all her recipes and duplicating them….by the time I mastered her recipes, I had also found out that cooking was Therapeutic for me…the rest is history….
I work as a foreman for a moving company, but with God’s help, I will someday own my own little restaurant or food truck.
