Breakfast Skillet

Ingredients:

4 eggs

4-6 strips of bacon

2 russet potatoes

handful of shredded cheese to top (any kind)

seasonings: garlic salt, Lawry’s all purpose

and onion powder

Directions:

Heat up a cast iron skillet and add some vegetable oil or any high smoke point oil suitable for cast iron

peel and chop your potatoes into small pieces then add to the skillet

cook until tender with a crisp on the outside

remove potatotes and the excess oily

chop or cut your bacon into small pieces then add to the skillet

cook bacon fully then remove excess grease

add the potatoes back into the pan mix together and create a “well” in the center for the eggs.

Add your slightly beaten eggs to the skillet and turn off the heat

add cheese last and enjoy:)
