Blueberry Croissant Bombs
Ingredients
- 1 cup blueberries 
- 4 oz cream cheese soften 
- Zest of 1 lemon 
- 1 container of croissants 
- 1 tsp vanilla 
- 4 tablespoons of butter softened 
- 1 cup powder sugar 
Directions
- In a large bowl with a mixer mix vanilla, butter, powdered sugar 
- Zest one lemon and mix it in 
- Fold in the blueberries 
- Open can of croissants separate pieces 
- In center of each add mixture and fold around to close like a ball
