Blueberry Croissant Bombs

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 4 oz cream cheese soften

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 1 container of croissants

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 4 tablespoons of butter softened

  • 1 cup powder sugar

 

Directions

  1. In a large bowl with a mixer mix vanilla, butter, powdered sugar

  2. Zest one lemon and mix it in

  3. Fold in the blueberries

  4. Open can of croissants separate pieces

  5. In center of each add mixture and fold around to close like a ball

  6. Bake 375 for 14 mins or till golden brown
