Easy Popcorn Balls

These Popcorn Balls are made so easy because we dont need a candy thermometer. The recipe uses marshmallows which has all the ingredients pre-cooked.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz Marshmallows - mini

  • 5 oz cooked popcorn

  • 3 Tablespoons butter

  • 1 tsp vanilla

 

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, over medium low heat, melt butter.

  2. Add all marshmallows and stir constantly until fully melted.

  3. In a large metal or glass bowl pour hot mixture over popcorn. Use a silicone or wooden spoon to mix thoroughly.

  4. Butter your hands, then form balls and let cool. Do not press too hard.

  5. Enjoy.
