Fried Chicken & Cheesy Hashbrowns & Green Beans

Ingredients

Cheesy Hashbrowns

  • 1 bag frozen shredded hashbrowns

  • 1 can cream of chicken condensed soup

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 stick butter

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt, pepper, minced onion to taste

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Fried Chicken

  • 4 large bone in chicken breasts

  • 3 cups all purpose flour

  • 6 eggs

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • Smoked paprika, garlic powder, minced onion, Romano parmesean to taste

French Cut Green Beans

  • 2 cans French cut green beans

  • Half stick of butter

  • Plentiful pepper light salt

Directions

  1. Cheesy Hashbrowns: Combine the ingredients except 1 cup of the cheese. Put in a 9x13 and top with the remaining cheese. Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.

  2. Fried Chicken: Heat oil in electric skillet to 350

  3. Set up 3 bowls, 1 with regular plain flour, one with 6 eggs and 1/2 cup milk, 1 flour with smoked paprika, garlic powder, minced onion, Romano parmesan grated cheese combined into flour mixture. Measure with your heart. Season chicken breasts with smoke paprika, garlic powder, minced onion, salt and pepper

  4. Dip chicken into plain flour mixture, then dip into egg mixture, then dip into seasoned flour mixture. Cook chicken, flipping occasionally until internal temp comes to 165.

  5. Green Beans: Combine ingredients and cook in a small pot on medium heat until warmed
