Chef Bradley’s Garlic Butter Sauce Wings

Everyone needs a game day wing. Sherry went with Chef Bradleys recipe for her Super Bowl wings this year

Ingredients

½ cup unsalted butter divided
6 cloves garlic minced or grated
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon hot sauce
¼ teaspoon kosher salt

Make It

  1. Put tablespoon of butter in pan allow to melt, add garlic and stir about 2 minutes , add the rest of the butter, lemon juice hot sauce and salt.

  2. Season and fry the wings then toss in the sauce.

  3. If you want to bake them then put in a 450 degree oven for about 25-30 minutes then coat with sauce
