Goat Cheese Berry Tart

Goat Cheese Berry Tart
Ingredients
- 1 goat cheese log 
- 1 cream cheese 8oz 
- Blueberries 
- Strawberries sliced 
- Pomegranate or raspberries or blackberries 
- Fresh Tyme 
- Egg 
- Water 
- Pistachios 
- 1 sheet of premade puff pastry 
- Zest of 1 lemon 
- Almond milk 
What you need
- Hand mixer or stand still mixer 
- Sheet pan 
- 2 bowls 
- Wisk or fork 
Directions
1 preheat oven to 425
2 put parchment paper on a pan
3 put the Pastry on a pan
4 in a large bowl mix with a mixer the cream cheese and goat cheese and a little bit of the almond milk till creamy
5 smooth the mixer on dough in a large rectangular shape but leave a inch to 2 inches so you can roll the dough
6 in rows add the fruit every other
7 sprinkle Fresh Tyme all over
8 sprinkle pistachios
9 zest one lemon and put on top
10 score the sides than roll it in
11 beat a egg with little bit of water for a egg wash put on the sides
12 once it’s all pretty you put it in the oven for 20 mins or till credit is flaking
