Homemade Granola

Ingredients
3 cups oats
1 cup nuts or seeds of choice
⅓ cup maple syrup or other liquid sweetener
⅓ cup melted coconut oil or olive oil
2 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts or seeds, cinnamon, and salt.
Add maple syrup and melted oil. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
Spread mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and press down firmly with the back of a spatula to compact.
Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely without stirring for at least 1 hour to form large clusters.
Once fully cooled, break into clusters and store
