Homemade Vanilla Pudding

Small batch, 2 servings.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 1 tablespoon flour

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 dash salt

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

 

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, completely combine and whisk eggs, flour, sugar and salt. This will form a thick paste.

  2. Over medium low heat, add milk and continuously whisk until until mixture thickens.

  3. Remove from heat and and add vanilla.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
