Hot Chicken Salad Dip

 

Ingredients

2 cups diced cooked chicken

2 cups thinly sliced celery

1/2 cup grated cheddar

1/2 cup toasted, sliced almonds

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons grated onion

1 cup mayo

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 cup crushed potato chips

Optional: 1 package puff pastry, thawed

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°

  2. Mix all ingredients except potato chips and put in a 9x13 baking dish, or optionally in the puff pastry (just bake per package instructions)

  3. Top with chips

  4. Bake 10-15 minutes or just until it’s hot
