Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Minced Garlic

  • 1 rough chopped Yellow Onion

  • 3 stalks Scallions

  • 2 sprigs of Thyme

  • 3-5 tbsp Dry Jerk Seasoning (to taste)

  • 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil

  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings

 

Directions

  1. Once all ingredients are prepped, mix together well to combine. Taste the mixture to assure there is enough spice.

  2. Mix in your fresh chicken wings and get them all coated in the mix.

  3. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator for at least two hours.

  4. When you’re ready to cook get your grill around 350-375 degrees and place your wings on.

  5. Flip wings after 20 minutes and after 40 minutes the wings should be done. If not let them go until your desired doneness.
