Jasmine Rice

 

Ingredients

  • 4½ cups water

  • 3 cups jasmine rice(DON'T RINSE IT)

  • 1 TBS salt

  • 1 stick butter

 

Directions

  1. Bring salted water to a boil over high heat.

  2. Add rice and cover cover for 30 seconds so it comes back to a rolling boil.

  3. Then add butter. Stir, turn heat on the lowest setting.

  4. Cover and allow to steam for 17 minutes. Fluff rice and remove from heat completely.

  5. Serve and enjoy.
