Lemon Vinaigrette

Bright, tangy, and slightly sweet dressing with fresh lemon, garlic, and olive oil. Smooth, balanced, and perfect for salads or marinades.

Ingredients

  • Zest and juice of 2 lemons

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced or grated

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

 

Directions

  1. In a bowl or jar combine lemon zest, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic, and honey.

  2. Whisk or shake until well blended, then slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking to emulsify.

  3. Season with salt and black pepper and adjust to taste.
