Limoncello Spritzer

With the bright, zesty kick of limoncello balanced by crisp Prosecco and a hint of fizz, it's the perfect easy-to-make cocktail for any warm-weather gathering, or just a quiet evening on the porch.

Ingredients

• Ice

• 3 ounces Prosecco, chilled

• 2 ounces Limoncello, chilled

• 1 ounce club soda, chilled

• Simple syrup or agave, to taste

• Lemon slice or fresh mint sprig, for garnish, optional

Directions

1. Ice it Up: Fill a wine glass or a tumbler about two-thirds of the way full of ice.

2. Add the Liquids: Pour in the chilled Prosecco, followed by the chilled Limoncello, and then the club soda.

3. Sweeten to Taste: If you prefer your spritzer a little sweeter, add about ¼ ounce of simple syrup or agave. Stir gently to combine. You can always add more to your liking.
