Matcha Chiffon Cake
Ingredients
- 100g Silky tofu 
- 20g Sugar 
- 20g Lakant (monk fruits sugar) 
- 2 Eggs 
- 20g Okara powder or almond powder 
- 3g Matcha green tea powder 
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and move to a microwavable dish 
- Microwave for 5 minutes
