Peanut Butter Chocolate Bars

A quick and easy no-bake dessert made with a sweet graham cracker and peanut butter base, topped with a smooth chocolate-peanut butter layer. Perfect for when you want a rich, satisfying treat without turning on the oven.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 2 cups confectioners’ sugar

  • 1 cup butter or margarine, melted

  • 1 cup peanut butter

  • 1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips

  • 4 tablespoons peanut butter

 

Directions

  1. Prepare the Base: In a medium bowl, mix together graham cracker crumbs, confectioners’ sugar, melted butter, and 1 cup of peanut butter until well blended.

  2. Press into Pan: Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of an ungreased 9x13-inch pan.

  3. Make the Chocolate Layer: Place chocolate chips and 4 tablespoons peanut butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high, stirring every 15 seconds, until smooth.

  4. Spread and Chill: Spread the chocolate mixture evenly over the crust.

  5. Set and Serve: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into 12 squares.
