Pumpkin Cheesecake Fluff

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin puree

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box instant cheesecake pudding mix

  • 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed

 

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.

  2. Add pumpkin puree, cheesecake pudding mix, vanilla, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until fully combined and creamy.

  3. Gently fold in the Cool Whip until the mixture becomes light and airy.

  4. Cover and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
