Quick Pickled Red Onions

Quick Pickled Red Onions are an absolute game-changer for everything from tacos and salads to burgers and sandwiches. They're tangy, slightly sweet, and add a beautiful pop of color and zing to any dish.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup white vinegar

  • ½ cup water

  • 1 tbsp sugar

  • 1½ tsp salt

 

Directions

  1. Stir vinegar, water, sugar, and salt in a bowl or jar until dissolved. Add onions and let sit for at least 30 minutes.

    Store in the fridge.
