    Ingredients
- 1¼ cup mashed sweet potatoes (smoked) 
- ½ cup salted butter 
- ½ cup brown sugar 
- 1 cup condensed milk 
- 2 large eggs 
- 1 tsp vanilla extract 
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice 
- 1 tbsp flour - 2 Deep 9" pie crust 
Directions
- Smoke the sweet potatoes at 275° for 2 hrs or until fork tender. 
- Raise smoker temp to 350 degrees. 
- Place sweet potato and butter in a mixing bowl and use an electric mixer to beat until smooth. Add brown sugar, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and flour. Beat until smooth. 
- Pour into pie crust and bake in the smoker for 50-55 minutes.
