Spiked Tea Elixir
Ingredients
- 1 sachet green mint tea 
- 1 sachet peach turmeric ginger tea 
- 8 oz hot water 
- 4 oz steamed lemonade 
- 1–1.5 oz bourbon of your choice 
- 1–2 tsp honey (adjust to taste) 
- 1 honey stick (optional) 
- Garnish: lemon wheel 
Directions
- Steep the green mint tea and peach turmeric ginger tea sachets in 8 oz of hot water for 3–5 minutes, or until it reaches your preferred strength. 
- Stir honey into the hot tea until dissolved. Heat the lemonade in a small saucepan or microwave until steaming but not boiling. 
- Pour the bourbon into the mug of tea, followed by the steamed lemonade. Stir gently to combine. 
- Garnish with a lemon wheel. If desired, serve with a honey stick for added sweetness and presentation - Quick Microwave Method: Add the water and lemonade to a heat-resistant glass. Heat it in the microwave for 2 ½–3 minutes. - Take the glass out of the microwave, add the tea bags, and stir in the honey to steep and dissolve. - Pour in the bourbon and stir gently to combine - Garnish with a lemon wheel and serve with a honey stick if desired. - Tips: - • Adjust the amount of honey and bourbon to match your taste preferences. - • For a fruitier note, consider adding a splash of juice or using flavored honey.
