  • 12 ounce bag of jumbo pasta shells

  • 1 1/2 pounds of hamburger

  • Taco seasoning

  • Cilantro

  • 1/2-1 cup Queso cheese, homemade or store-bought

  • 1 package Mexican blend cheese

  • Taco sauce

  • Green onions, diced for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a 12 ounce bag of jumbo pasta shells until al dente (about 14 minutes). If you cook them too long, they will fall apart. Drain, rinse, and cool. Set aside.

  2. Cook 1 1/2 pounds of hamburger meat.

  3. Drain and add a package of taco seasoning. Cook as directed on the package.

  4. When the water cooks out, add chopped cilantro to your desired taste.  Let it cool.

  5. Add 1 1/2 tablespoons of meat to each shell and arrange a 9 x 13 dish.

  6. Pour at least 1/2 cup of queso, homemade or store-bought, over the top of the shells.

  7. Sprinkle the top with a Mexican blend cheese

  8. bake at 350° for 20 minutes.

  9. Garnish with taco sauce and green onions.
