Tropical Zinger Dry Rub

This rub is a savory/spicy blend that has a lip-tingling spice at the end of the cook. If tasted fresh, it will appear spicy. Try this rub on poultry... probably pork as well.

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp kosher salt

  • 5 tbsp granulated garlic

  • 3 tbsp granulated onion

  • 4 tbsp red hatch chili powder

  • 1 tsp air dried rosemary

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • ½ tsp coriander

  • 1 tsp dried thyme

  • 1 tbsp cayenne pepper.

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients and store in a sealed container for up to 6 months.
