Velveeta Queso Dip

 

Ingredients

  • 16 oz Velveeta Cheese

  • 1 lb fresh sausage (breakfast)

  • 1 - 14oz can Rotel diced tomatoes

 

Directions

  1. Dice the cheese into 1-inch pieces.

  2. Brown and drain sausage.

  3. Ad Rotel with other ingredients into a 12-inch skillet and heat over low heat, stirring occasionally until melted and combined.

  4. Transfer to a serving dish/bowl and serve while warm.
