White Chocolate Milkyway Truffles

Makes 24 Truffles

Ingredients

  • 2 bags white chocolate chips

  • 8 oz tub cool whip

  • Sprinkles, are optional, but are they?

Directions

  1. Melt one bag of the white chocolate chips in a glass bowl either in the microwave in 15 second intervals and stirring in between, or over a pot of simmering water while stirring. Be sure not to allow the water to touch the bowl.

  2. Once melted, fold in the thawed whipped topping. The chocolate may freeze, but it' fine, just keep stirring to combine.

  3. Place in the freezer for an hour, then either cut into squares or scoop into round balls, and freeze again for at least 30 minutes.

  4. When you're ready to make them, pull from the freezer, and then melt the other bag of white chocolate chips. Use a slotted spoon or fork to dip the truffles into the chocolate, and lay on wax paper or a cooling rack to cool.

  5. Before they cool, add sprinkles or shaved white chocolate. Store in your freezer and enjoy them cold!
