📖 Ingredients:

⭐️ 2 Haddock Filets

⭐️ Salt & White Pepper to Taste

⭐️ 1/4 C. All-Purpose Flour

⭐️ 1/2 C. White Wine, Such as a Sauvignon Blanc

📖 Recipe:

1. Open your haddock and pat it dry with a paper towel.

2. Salt and pepper each side to your liking.

3. Lightly coat it with flour and set aside.

4. In a searing hot skillet melt your butter until slightly browned and has a nutty aroma.

5. Place your fish into the skillet away from you and fry on each side about 3-5 minutes until a seared crust has formed and it releases.

6. After flipping let cook and sear another 3 minutes and halfway through add in your white wine.

7. Let wine reduce for two minutes.

8. Plate it up and spoon over the buttery wine sauce unto your fish!

9. Serve and enjoy with some rice and a nice vegetable. Also, with a nice glass of sauvignon blanc to really release the flavor. Enjoy!
