Four Onion Ham Potato Soup

This soup is great for fall! Simple, filling and so so so warm! It’s packed full of vegetables and just enough fats to complete it. Not to mention that ever so delicious ham! This is a must make soup for fall!

🥣 Four Onion Ham & Potato Soup 🥣

📖 Ingredients:

⭐️ 6 Medium Potatoes, Peeled & Chopped

⭐️ 1 Bunch of Green Onions, Chopped

⭐️ 1 Yellow Onion, Diced

⭐️ 1 Red Onion, Diced

⭐️ 1 Bag of Baby Spinach

⭐️ 1 Bunch of Chives, For Garnish

⭐️ 1 Container of Salad Ham

⭐️ 1 C. Heavy Cream

⭐️ 2 No Salt Vegetable Bouillon Cubes

⭐️ 4 C. Water

⭐️ Salt & White Pepper to Taste

⭐️ 1 Loaf of Toasted Bread, Sliced & Buttered

⭐️ 1/4 Stick of Butter, Salted

⭐️ 1 Stalk of Celery, Diced

⭐️ 3 TBSPS Flour

📖 Recipe:

1. In a Dutch oven or pot add your butter, seasonings, green onions, white onions and red onions to your pot. Sauté until fragrant and translucent.

2. Add in your celery and cook another few minutes.

3. Add your flour and cook another few minutes until flour is cooked.

4. Add in your potatoes, ham, water and vegetable cubes to your pot. Cook until potatoes become tender.

5. Once potatoes are tender add in your spinach and cook until just wilting.

6. Add in your heavy cream and stir well.

7. Serve with crusty bread and top with chives. You can also add sour cream but the soup is already very rich in taste.

8. Enjoy!
