Air-Fryer Roasted Pork Chops
Yield: 2 servings
Cook Time: 20-30 minutes
Special Equipment: Air Fryer
Ingredients
1 (1-pound) bone-in rib or center-cut pork chop, 1½ to 1¾ inches thick, trimmed
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
Directions
at chop dry with paper towels. Using sharp knife, cut 2 slits, about 2 inches apart, through fat on edge of chop. Rub with oil and season with salt and pepper.
Place chop in air-fryer basket, then place basket in air fryer. Set temperature to 350 degrees and cook until pork registers 140 degrees, 20 to 25 minutes, flipping and rotating chop halfway through cooking.
