Apple Snicker Salad

This Apple Snickers Salad is a creamy, dreamy, crunchy concoction that's perfect for potlucks, picnics, or just a sweet treat any night of the week. It's got crisp apples, fluffy pudding, and, of course, everyone's favorite candy bar.

Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

  • ½ cup milk (any kind works!)

  • 8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed

  • 4 large Granny Smith apples, or your favorite crisp apple variety

  • 4 full-sized Snickers bars

  • Optional Garnishes: caramel sauce, chopped nuts

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until smooth. It will thicken quickly!

Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until no streaks of pudding remain.

  2. Core and chop your apples into bite-sized pieces. Don't worry about peeling them the skin adds great color and nutrients! Add the chopped apples to the pudding mixture and stir to combine.

  3. Chop the Snickers bars into bite-sized chunks. You can go for bigger pieces for more chew, or smaller for more even distribution. Stir the chopped Snickers into the apple-pudding mixture.

  4. This salad is best served chilled, so pop it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before diving in. It's a guaranteed crowd-pleaser that everyone will ask you to bring again and again!
