Ingredients
1 Persian cucumber
1/8 tsp sesame oil
1/4 tsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp chili crisp
1/2 tsp minced garlic
Pinch of sugar
Pinch of sesame seeds
Salt, to taste
Directions
Slice the Cucumber
Slice the cucumber to your preferred thickness.
Salt and Rest
Lightly salt the cucumber slices and let them sit for about 20 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
Drain
Drain off any liquid released from the cucumbers.
Mix the Salad
