Ingredients
1 (3.4 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
3 to 4 ripe bananas, sliced
1 package Biscoff cookies, crushed
1/4 cup Biscoff cookie butter, warmed for drizzling
1 tsp vanilla extract, optional
Directions
Whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened. Fold in the whipped topping and vanilla extract, if using.
Crush the Biscoff cookies, leaving some larger pieces for texture.
Layer Biscoff cookie crumbs, banana slices, pudding mixture, and a drizzle of warmed cookie butter. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
Finish with extra cookie crumbs and a drizzle of cookie butter.
Chill before serving. For a quicker set, place in the freezer for 10 minutes while finishing cleanup.
Tips:
Crumble a whole Biscoff cookie over the top right before serving for a bakery style finish.
Using only 2 cups of milk helps the pudding thicken faster and creates a richer texture.
