Biscoff Delight

A creamy no bake dessert layered with buttery Biscoff cookie crust, cheesecake filling, melted cookie butter, and fluffy whipped topping. Rich, sweet, and packed with Biscoff flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 packages Biscoff cookies

  • 2 sticks butter, melted

  • 1 tub Philadelphia no bake cheesecake filling

  • 1 jar Biscoff cookie butter

  • 16 oz Cool Whip

  • 12 whole Biscoff cookies reserved for topping

 

Directions

  1. Add most of the Biscoff cookies to a food processor, reserving 12 whole cookies and a small amount of crumbs for topping.

  2. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9x13 pan.

  3. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the crust.

  4. Melt the cookie butter until pourable and spread over the cheesecake layer.

  5. Spread Cool Whip over the top.

  6. Place whole Biscoff cookies around the edges and sprinkle reserved cookie crumbs in the center.

  7. Refrigerate about 1 hour before serving.
