Blackstone Griddle Pizza
Crispy, golden pizza cooked directly on the Blackstone with a perfectly toasted crust, melty mozzarella, your favorite toppings, and a finish of fresh basil and Parmesan.

Ingredients
1 lb pizza dough
2 tbsp olive oil
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
Toppings of choice
Fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Flour, for dusting
Directions
Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium heat and lightly oil the surface.
Divide and stretch the pizza dough into 4 thin rounds, dusting with flour as needed to prevent sticking.
Place the dough directly on the griddle and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and the edges begin to show color.
Flip the crust and quickly spread on the pizza sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese and your desired toppings.
Cover with a dome or large pan and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and glossy.
Remove from the griddle and finish with fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese. Slice and serve immediately.
