Blue Apple Fizz

A crisp, refreshing cocktail combining smooth potato vodka with sweet apple soda and a splash of fresh lemon for the perfect balance.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Blue Ice American Potato Vodka

• 4 to 5 oz Apple Slice soda, chilled

• ½ oz fresh lemon juice, optional

• Ice

• Apple slice, for garnish

Directions

1. Fill a tall glass with ice.

2. Pour in the vodka and lemon juice.

3. Slowly top with the chilled Apple Slice soda and gently stir.

4. Garnish with a thin apple slice and serve immediately.
