Butterbeer Float
A creamy, magical float that tastes straight out of Hogsmeade. Made with butterscotch soda, vanilla ice cream, and a drizzle of butterscotch syrup. Perfect for fans and sweet tooths alike

Special Equipment: Ice cream scoop. Tall glass or mug
Ingredients
1 (12 oz) bottle butterscotch soda (such as Flying Cauldron Butterscotch Beer)
1–2 scoops vanilla ice cream (or butter pecan for extra richness)
Whipped cream (optional)
Butterscotch syrup (for drizzle)
Directions
Chill glass: Freeze your glass or mug for 5–10 minutes.
Add ice cream: Scoop 1–2 generous scoops of ice cream into the glass.
Pour soda: Slowly pour butterscotch soda over ice cream to control fizz.
Top it off: Add whipped cream and drizzle with butterscotch syrup.
Serve: Enjoy immediately with a straw and spoon.
Optional Variations:
