Caramel Coconut Cookie Delights

Ingredients

  • 7 oz sweetened shredded coconut

  • 1 package fudge striped cookies

  • 10 oz caramel sauce

  • Melted chocolate

 

Directions

  1. In a saucepan heat caramel over medium until gently bubbling, stirring occasionally.

  2. Stir in shredded coconut and mix until fully coated and thick.

  3. Spoon the mixture onto each cookie and spread slightly.

  4. Drizzle melted chocolate over the tops.

  5. Let sit at room temperature until set, then serve.
