Chimichurri Marinade
Ingredients
- Two tbsp of Salt Pepper Garlic 
- 2 tbsp chili powder 
- Juice from one orange 
- Juice from one lime 
- 1 cup olive oil 
- 4-6 cloves garlic chopped 
- ½ shallot 
- 1 bunch Cilantro 
- 1 stalk scallions(green onion) 
Directions
- Chop Cilantro, onion and garlic. Add to a bowl or ziploc bag. 
- Add the remaining ingredients and combine. 
- Add meat and let marinate overnight. Perfect for fajitas, skirt steaks and chicken.
