Chocolate Mousse Cups
A light, fluffy chocolate mousse made with instant pudding and whipped cream for a quick, no bake dessert. Smooth, airy, and perfect for layering or piping into cups.

Ingredients
1 box (3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup cold whole milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract optional
1 to 2 tbsp powdered sugar optional
Directions
In a bowl whisk pudding mix with cold milk until it begins to thicken.
In another bowl whip heavy cream with powdered sugar if using until medium stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until smooth and fluffy.
Chill at least 20 minutes to set.
Spoon into cups or pipe and serve.
