Chocolate Strawberry Kiss Martini

A smooth, creamy Valentine’s dessert cocktail that goes down easy and sneaks up on you.

Special Equipment: Martini Glass and Cocktail Shaker

Ingredients

• 2 oz Tequila Rose

• 1½ oz Baileys Strawberries and Cream

• 1 oz Malibu rum, original or mango

• ½ oz Kahlúa optional

• Ice

• Melted chocolate for the rim

• Chocolate covered strawberry for garnish

Directions

1. Dip the rim of a martini glass into melted chocolate and set aside to harden.

2. Fill a shaker with ice. Add Tequila Rose, Baileys, Malibu, and Kahlúa if using. Shake gently until chilled and smooth.

3. Strain into the prepared martini glass and garnish with a chocolate covered strawberry.

   Pro Tip:

   For a shot version, use equal parts Tequila Rose and Baileys Strawberries and Cream with a small splash of Malibu. Shake and pour into a chocolate rimmed shot glass.
