Cookie Dough Protein Blondies
These blondies taste like sneaking a spoonful of cookie dough—but baked, sliceable, and better-for-you. They’re soft, gooey, and loaded with melty chocolate chips, with a protein boost.

Ingredients
1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/3 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor or high-speed blender until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Pour in a lined pan.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Crucial: Let them cool for at least an hour before cutting so they set.
