Condensed Milk Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup salted butter, softened

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 3 1/4 cups all purpose flour

  • 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles

  • Vanilla icing optional

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.

  2. Beat butter and sweetened condensed milk until smooth, then mix in vanilla, salt, and powdered sugar.

  3. Add flour one cup at a time, mixing until fully incorporated without overmixing, then fold in sprinkles.

  4. Scoop dough onto baking sheet and lightly flatten.

  5. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, then cool on a rack and drizzle with icing if using.
