Ingredients
1/2 cup salted butter, softened
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp salt
3 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles
Vanilla icing optional
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
Beat butter and sweetened condensed milk until smooth, then mix in vanilla, salt, and powdered sugar.
Add flour one cup at a time, mixing until fully incorporated without overmixing, then fold in sprinkles.
Scoop dough onto baking sheet and lightly flatten.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes, then cool on a rack and drizzle with icing if using.
