Crab Cake Stuffed Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients

  • Bacon

  • 1 8oz block cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese. shredded

  • 2tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce

  • Ground pepper corns

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • Old bay seasoning as desired

  • 12 jalapeños

  • 1 can of crab meat

 

Directions

  1. Preheat oven 400f

  2. Drain can of crab meat

  3. Mince the garlic

  4. In a large bowl add crab, cream cheese , old bay ,ground pepper and cheddar cheese

  5. Add 2 TB Worcestershire sauce and mix well with hand mixer, until smooth

  6. Cut the peppers in half and remove seeds .

  7. Fill in one half of each

  8. Wrap each 1 piece of bacon

  9. Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper

  10. You can add toothpicks in each to keep bacon on

  11. Bake for 20 mins till bacon is done
