Cranberry Crostini
A simple and elegant appetizer with creamy Brie, crisp apple slices, sweet-tart cranberry, and fresh rosemary. Perfect for parties, holidays, or charcuterie boards.

Ingredients
1 baguette, sliced into ½-inch rounds
8 oz Brie cheese, sliced
2 apples, thinly sliced (Honeycrisp or Gala)
¾ cup cranberry jam or cranberry jelly
Fresh rosemary (whole leaves or finely chopped)
Optional: bacon bits or chopped pecans
Directions
Place baguette slices on a baking sheet and toast at 400°F for 3–5 minutes until lightly crisp (optional).
Add one slice of Brie to each toasted round; return to oven 1–2 minutes if you want it warm and softened.
Top with 1–2 apple slices per crostini. Add a small spoonful of cranberry jam/jelly over the apple.
Garnish lightly with rosemary, and add bacon bits or pecans if using.
Serve immediately while the bread is crisp and the Brie is soft.
