Creamy Ginger Salad Dressing
A smooth, creamy version of the classic Japanese hibachi-style ginger dressing with rich texture and bold flavor perfect for salads, wraps, bowls, or dips

Ingredients
¼ cup rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp water
¼ cup sesame oil
2 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp mayonnaise (omit for a more vinaigrette type dressing)
2 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
1 garlic clove minced
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp onion powder
⅛ tsp white sugar
Directions
Add all ingredients to a bowl or tall container then blend with an immersion blender until smooth and creamy.
Adjust if needed by adding mayonnaise to thicken or water to thin then refrigerate 12 to 24 hours before serving.
