Creamy Ranch Chicken

Ingredients
1 large boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into small pieces
1 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz) container whipped garlic and herb cream cheese
1 (8 oz) block sharp cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
½ of a sweet onion, diced
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
½ cup real bacon pieces
1 (16 oz) can refrigerated biscuits, each biscuit cut into fourths
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl or directly in your casserole dish, combine the chicken, cream of chicken soup, garlic and herb cream cheese, diced onion, ranch seasoning mix, bacon pieces, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
Mix everything until well combined.
Pour or evenly spread the mixture into a greased 9x13 casserole dish if mixed separately.
Cut each biscuit into four pieces and scatter the pieces evenly over the top of the casserole.
Sprinkle the remaining half of the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake uncovered at 375°F for 30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and the casserole is bubbling.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
