Easter Fluff Salad
This Easter Fluff Salad is sweet, tangy, fluffy, and loaded with color — exactly how a holiday dessert should be. Want to call it something fun like Easter Fluff Supreme or just let it speak for itself?
Ingredients
1 (16 oz) tub Cool Whip
1 (3 oz) box lemon Jello (dry mix — do not prepare)
1 (7 oz) container marshmallow fluff
1 cup sour cream
1 (10 oz) bag fruit-flavored mini marshmallows
1 (15 oz) can fruit cocktail, drained
1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (20 oz) can pineapple tidbits or crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup coconut (optional)
Peeps (for topping)
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Cool Whip, lemon Jello powder, marshmallow fluff, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
Fold in the drained fruit cocktail, mandarin oranges, and pineapple. Add coconut and the fruit-flavored marshmallows and stir gently to mix.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hours to chill and set.
