Bacon Ranch Chicken Sliders
This recipe combines juicy, tender chicken with the savory flavors of crispy bacon and creamy ranch, all nestled between sweet Hawaiian rolls. Perfect for game day, parties, or a simple family dinner, these sliders are guaranteed to be a hit.
Ingredients
1 lbs chicken breast, chopped into small pieces
1 tbsp oil or butter (for sautéing)
1 small onion, diced
1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning
4 oz cream cheese
½ cup sour cream
4 to 5 slices diced thick bacon
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 package (12-count) Hawaiian rolls
3 tbsp butter, melted
Optional: garlic powder or dried parsley for topping
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F. In a skillet, heat oil or butter over medium heat. Add diced bacon when its halfway cooked add diced onion and chopped chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
Stir in ranch seasoning, cream cheese, and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy. Add shredded cheddar. Stir until melty and combined.
Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally (like one big sandwich) and place on baking sheet. Spread the bacon ranch chicken mixture evenly over the bottom half of the rolls. Top with the top half of the rolls.
Brush melted butter over the tops. Sprinkle with garlic powder or parsley if you’d like. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly, then slice and serve!
