Easy Brownie Recipe

Ingredients
½ cup melted butter
1 cup sugar
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in sugar and cocoa powder until smooth.
Whisk in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
Add flour and salt, stirring just until combined—do not overmix.
If desired, fold in chocolate chips, nuts, or raisins.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20 minutes, or until the center is slightly set.
Let the brownies cool completely before cutting into squares.
